You’ll join our Accounting team reporting to our Accounting Manager and contribute across a range of operational activities within our team. This role has broad visibility across the organization, as you’ll be assisting our month end close and partnering other departments on vendor management and accounts payable activities. The impact you’ll make:
- Full ownership of processing, verifying, and reconciling the following related to AP and Procurement: POs, vendor invoices, travel & expense reports and corporate credit card transactions
- Manage and respond to vendor-related inquiries in AP inbox queue
- Assist with month-end close (AP-related analysis, accruals, journal entries and reconciliations)
- Assist with audit requests and preparation of support in a timely manner
- Assist with AP and Procurement process improvements and automation
Skills you’ll bring:
- Degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field
- 2-3 year of accounting or finance experience
- Solid Excel skills a must (think Pivot Tables, lookups and more!)
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders across the business
- Familiarity with Tipalti, NetSuite, Expensify and Egencia a major plus

Additional Information:
Minimum hourly rate of $25.00 to maximum hourly rate of $38.37 + bonus + equity + benefits.
