Requirements
  • You are passionate, and like to collaborate with others and come up with creative and innovative ideas!

  • Innate knowledge + experience with community building, management, social media and platform nuance, as well as creator and influencer ecosystem (especially TikTok, Reddit, Twitch,YouTube, Discord)
  • Knowledge of global streaming platforms and creative vision for how to leverage them for Firaxis Studios
  • You can aggregate, synthesize, and analyze data - and communicate key learnings cross-functionally
Responsibilities
  • As an embedded representative of the 2K marketing department within Firaxis Studio, contribute to the execution of the Global Marketing Plan at the studio level by providing studio level community, social, and creator insights and feedback to help further enhance the global marketing plans
  • Partner with the development teams to champion the needs and wants of our communities and help improve our game experiences
  • Create a feedback loop for title communities and brainstorm ways to cross-leverage and promote our players, and player needs, to the 2K Digital Community Marketing teams and Studio stakeholders
  • Champion the Global Marketing Plan and Player Experience Vision during day-to-day interactions with the game development team
  • Assist the marketing team with coordination and execution of various marketing requests of the development team
