  • Actively manage the entire B2B corporate customer portfolio
  • Facilitate the renewal and negotiation of existing contracts (Renewals)
  • Analyze the existing portfolio and identify data-driven needs based on opportunities and risks (Up-and Cross Sells)
  • Independently initiate and conduct contract negotiations with (key) corporate customers
  • Work actively on the development of the strategy as well as the continuous improvement of our processes and methods in the area of account renewal
  • Understand the wishes and needs of our corporate customers and derive strategies for concrete contract negotiations and closings as well as future product improvements
