SambaNova is hiring an Information Technology (IT) Managerto support our team’s growth as a leading provider of AI computing platforms. This role will be managing the helpdesk, including desktop and engineering support, outsourcing various IT responsibilities, vendor management, purchasing, and negotiations. The IT Manager will work with other departments to ensure that our IT systems and processes meet the needs of our company and support our overall business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of direct experience providing desktop operations or engineering support
Additional Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of help desk operations, desktop, and engineering support
- Experience with macOS, Windows, MDM, authentication, VPN, etc for desktop support
- Experience with HPC environments for software engineering support
- Familiarity with enterprise-level networking, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, wifi, etc.
- Experience with outsourcing various IT responsibilities, SaaS, and contractors
- Prior experience in a managerial role
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with managing large-scale IT projects
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
Annual Salary Range and Level
The base salary for this position ranges from $180,000/year up to $200,000/year. This range is based on role, level, and location and reflects the salary target for new hires in the US. Individual pay within the range will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s job-related qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
