  • 7+ years of progressively responsible HR and/or business experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to apply expert knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Broad technical knowledge and expertise in Employee Relations
  • Demonstrated issue and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for specific ER matters
  • Coach, guide and advise on low performance management
  • Support internal investigations
  • Consult with Legal Department for compliance
  • Identify opportunities for sound ER practices
  • Participate in HR policy establishment
  • Monitor and analyze ER data
  • Work on specialized projects
