Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • February 2026 Pendleton expansion adds recurring on-site engineering and recruiting revenue.
  • July 2026 Camas lab expansion supports higher-margin prototyping and manufacturing work.
  • Open roles across aerospace, consumer, and software show broad demand from existing customers.

What critics are saying

  • Client concentration risk remains high; an aerospace downturn would hit staffing and project revenue fast.
  • The company still relies on project work and contract placements, making utilization swings immediate.
  • Career listings show many open roles, signaling persistent delivery pressure and capacity gaps.

What makes Sigma Design unique

  • Camas-based SIGMADESIGN offers concept-to-production engineering plus in-house machine shop execution.
  • Its February 2026 Pendleton UAS Range partnership deepens aerospace and unmanned-systems staffing integration.
  • June 2026 added 1,750 square feet of Camas assembly space and laser welding capability.
