Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales metrics to uncover trends and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process (e.g., understanding drivers of the average sales cycle) and recommend strategies to accelerate timelines.
  • Design and refine scalable sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to draft and refine the Sales Playbook and develop mechanisms to track Account Executive (AE) adoption and execution.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to set input metric targets and implement mechanisms to monitor and report on performance.
  • Develop a methodology for creating quantitatively driven bookings forecasts, compare them with Sales Manager forecasts, and analyze discrepancies.
  • Act as the data-backed “truth teller” to drive accountability and transparency in team performance.
  • Manage and enhance tools like the pricing calculator, ROI model, whitespace model, and account-plating frameworks.
  • Continuously refine and optimize these deliverables to meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
  • Create and maintain trackers for specific initiatives, such as CRE inspection pitches and performance feedback loops.
  • Identify and prioritize top accounts within targeted segments (e.g., Nonbank Residential).
  • Leverage AI tools like GPT to support AEs in pitch preparation.
  • Explore alternative data sources and innovative methods to improve go-to-market (GTM) efficacy.
