Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and drives all rollout-relevant activities for the SAP MM module for a defined rollout location
  • Assures an efficient and compliant rollout at the site for the SAP module
  • Drives Kick-Off, FitToTemplate, and System-Test sessions in plant locations and ensures proper and fast handling of all findings and missing features
  • Operates JIRA to steer the development of referring IT teams and writes the user story to define the Business Requirements
  • Coordinates Data Migration actions to meet the System-Test schedule and validates migrated data in the Test and Productive Systems
  • Creates and executes independently the Cutover Plan before Go-Live and organizes Post GoLive activities for the respective SAP Module
  • Establishes a constant exchange between the local Key Users, Power Users, and the Location Lead
  • Trains the Local Key Users including building training plans for end users/power users
  • Coordinates rollout of CT tools (Quality Data Analysis etc) in close exchange with BA-, Country, and Location teams for the respective SAP stream/SAP module
  • Substitutes/represents the Rollout Lead on request
  • Gains full process overview for respective SAP modules including good know-how for other SAP modules
  • Applies concepts for a proper SAP rollout; attends design, test, and Go Live support sessions; ensures Kick Off, FitToTemplate, and Test Session for the respective SAP Module; acts as Single Point of Contact for all Data Migration questions; Drives and executes CutOver Planning; operates JIRA to steer development and writes the User story to define the Business Requirements
  • Acts as ambassador of the entire IMp@CT Team; ensures high knowledge level of Local Key Users; balances workload within the teams
  • Identifies and frequently exchanges with major stakeholders/influencers; Single Point of Contact for local tasks
  • Ongoing refresh of own knowledge about SAP Standards and Customizing; ensures utilization of lessons learned; coordinates train the trainer concept
  • Consulting to define the Best Of Standard SAP Business Process and referring Transactions & SAP Fiori Apps for a Product Group per Region; supporting and consulting the local plant in questions or problems related to the SAP S4 rollout; acts as primary contact for SAP rollout related questions; ensures documentation of SAP rollout activities; guides the local team during all project phases (KickOff - HyperCare)
  • Ongoing refresh of own knowledge about the IT Roadmap; ensures realization of prioritized projects according to the IT Roadmap

Continental AG posts $22.1B sales with 0.8% organic growth, targets $19.4B-$21.2B in 2026

Continental AG reported full-year 2025 sales of €19.7 billion with 0.8% organic growth, alongside adjusted EBIT of €2 billion and a 10.3% margin. The company proposed a dividend of €2.70 per share, representing a 4.8% yield. The tyre segment showed resilience with 2.4% organic growth and €3.6 billion in Q4 sales, achieving a 13.9% adjusted EBIT margin. However, ContiTech faced headwinds with a 5.2% organic decline in Q4 due to challenging automotive and industrial markets. Continental reduced net debt, improving its leverage ratio to approximately 2.0. For 2026, the company projects sales of €17.3 billion to €18.9 billion with an adjusted EBIT margin of 11% to 12.5%, whilst navigating anticipated declines in light vehicle production and challenging market conditions in the Americas.

Continental posts $186M net loss as sales fall, forecasts further decline in 2026

German automotive parts maker Continental reported a net loss of €165 million for fiscal 2025, compared with a profit of €1.168 billion the previous year. Sales declined to €19.676 billion from €20.077 billion. The company's earnings were impacted by €1.2 billion in non-cash special effects from the Aumovio spin-off and planned OESL sale. Adjusted operating result fell to €2.035 billion from €2.212 billion, whilst the adjusted EBIT margin decreased to 10.3% from 11%. Despite the loss, Continental will increase its dividend to €2.70 per share, up €0.20 from last year. For fiscal 2026, the company anticipates consolidated sales of €17.3 billion to €18.9 billion with an adjusted EBIT margin of 11% to 12.5%, citing continued market volatility.

Continental Acquires EMT, Boosts Tire Tech

Continental has acquired Slovakian mold specialist EMT Púchov s.r.o, taking over all shares from majority shareholder Dynamic Design (Romania) in early April. The acquisition enhances Continental's internal technology portfolio, allowing it to independently produce tire molds for various applications. All 107 employees with specialized knowledge were retained. Grant Thornton's cross-border team from Germany and Slovakia conducted financial and tax due diligence. Continental reported a 2023 revenue of €41.4 billion.
