As the Dental Community Specialist, you will be an integral member of our Brand Marketing team. You will help shape and grow the quip’s network of dental ambassadors, building a community of professionals that love our brand. As aDental Community Specialist, you will be responsible for building awareness of quip within the dental community, engaging with dental professionals online and in-person. You will own the trade show and content marketing strategy, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.

Base Salary: $70-$80k
This range represents anticipated base salary range for this position, in addition to competitive benefits and equity (as applicable). We carefully assess and consider several factors with each candidate, including location, role-related knowledge, experience and skills. Compensation may vary based on these considerations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive awareness and build brand equity for quip in the dental community (providers, hygienists, students), both online and offline.
- Act as a liaison between quip and the dental community by representing the brand at trade shows and key industry events, leading presentations for quip with both small and large audiences and engaging with the dental community on social platforms.
- Spearhead the development and execution of the quip dental ambassador program, in order to educate and recruit new ambassadors, while deepening existing relationships.
- Lead the content strategy for dental community specific channels, working closely with content and creative teams to create engaging, relevant communications that position quip as a thought leader. Launch across platforms including Instagram, tiktok, blog and newsletters.
- Collaborate with other marketers across social, experiential, PR and growth, to maximize dental community relationships and ensure community approach is aligned with overarching marketing strategies.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for quip on the latest dental industry news and trends, and provide recommendations for how to implement with our community.
- Work with senior marketing leads to develop program KPIs. Report on and analyze results to make recommendations on internal and external processes that ensure our dental community program is efficient and effective.
- Establish regular channel reporting and analysis
- Contribute content to quip consumer social media channels (based on experience - plus but not required)
REQUIREMENTS
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with a passion for growing, engaging in or nurturing communities.
- 4+ years professional experience working in the dental (or relevant) industry
- Excellent relationship-building, verbal and written communication skills, with a strong understanding of what messages will resonate with the dental community.
- Charismatic in-person presence and public speaking ability.
- Quantitative skills to analyze and assess the success of community marketing efforts.
- Understanding of digital strategy, social platforms, and content creation.
- Ability to work and achieve success in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating content for social media (TikTok / Reels style videos) is a plus
