Requirements
  • You are a first-year student at an accredited U.S. College/University, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
  • You are available to work full-time from June-July 2025
  • You have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • You are a U.S. citizen, permanent resident of U.S., or an individual who is legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship in the future
Responsibilities
  • One Week Training and Orientation – learn about BMO, our Employee Resource Groups and the foundations of Investment Banking, Global Markets and Corporate Banking
  • Technical Training – a learning program including Wall Street Prep courses on finance, accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Global Markets, and an excel crash course
  • Mentorship Program – receive mentors from Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Global Markets and meet with them on a weekly basis for coaching
  • Networking – we will provide you with networking opportunities including senior leadership exposure through various events, social gatherings with your cohort, and networking events with various business representatives
  • Soft Skill Development – including communication skills, professionalism in the workplace, presentation skills, building a personal brand, etc.
  • Capstone Project – complete a case study over your 5-week term with an assigned group and present to Senior leaders within Capital Markets
