  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the digital media space, 5+ years in managing a team
  • Proven ability to lead meetings with multiple senior partners
  • Pre-existing relationships with marketers across the West Coast
  • Alignment with Spotify's values and a passion for Spotify products and marketing
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision makers
  • Extensive knowledge of performance marketing, including industry trends, measurement, attribution, and competitive product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising buying and ad tech platforms
  • Competency in hiring, team building, and mentorship
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the growth strategy for the E&S business
  • Lead and manage a team of Client Partners
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key E&S clients and agency partners
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies based on key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities
  • Determine individual quotas and account lists for team members
  • Develop strategic insights, find opportunities, and provide structured performance reporting
  • Define and implement the go-to-market strategy
  • Maintain expertise in Spotify's advertising products and developments
  • Conduct independent market analysis to identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
  • Own reporting and manage cross-functional partnerships for the region
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing
