Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related HR function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key talent needs and create succession planning frameworks.
  • Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions on talent development initiatives.
  • Design and implement innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of training materials, e-learning modules, and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.
  • Lead the development and execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure alignment of performance management practices with overall talent development strategies.
