  • 15+ years of experience in travel program management for a large corporation, including demonstrated experience building and leading a global team
  • Experience managing the financial data, planning, and reporting for a global corporate travel program
  • Experience in developing data-driven strategies to scale a travel operation
  • Experience managing relationships with travel partners, such as agencies, airlines, hotels, and car service companies
  • Deep understanding of the global travel industry’s business ecosystem, operations, technology, and service delivery platforms (i.e., online booking tools, data consolidation partners, NDC, etc.)
  • Clear, concise, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
  • Drive strategy and execution of a high-touch, employee-focused global travel program
  • Generate a plan to scale and manage our dynamic travel operation
  • Develop and manage financial planning and reporting to optimize our efforts
  • Balance the execution of the nuanced service with the need for efficiency as the firm grows
  • Mentor our travel team
  • Identify new travel disruptors and opportunities for the travel program
