  • Analytically driven with strong project management skills and exceptional organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a business that is customer-facing, such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, etc. Previous experience in a contact center environment is a plus
  • Knowledge and proficiency with HRIS systems, specifically Workday is a plus
