Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in Medical Informatics
  • Proficient in interoperability between medical devices and healthcare IT systems
  • Experience with healthcare data integration and interoperability platforms
  • Competent in managing and integrating medical imaging data
  • Proficient in JavaScript and a good understanding of JSON
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows in a medical imaging environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with customer IT departments for the integration of Butterfly devices, POCUS solutions, and non-Butterfly ultrasound units
  • Participate in creating and executing project plans in coordination with the Butterfly Project Manager and customer implementation teams
  • Engage in customer interactions, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct and assist in training sessions for customers on the Butterfly Product ecosystem
  • Provide support in resolving complex issues related to DICOM, HL7, FHIR, and SSO integrations
  • Manage and adapt to change activities during implementation projects
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring efficient resolution and system reliability
  • Escalate complex project issues as necessary
  • Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities
