  • 4+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics with at least one of those years working with a tech, hardware, robotics, or startup company.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and adjacent tools.
  • Experience crafting high-quality video content for social media as well as across additional formats (product demos, interviews, events, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end video production process, from concept development, filming, and editing to motion graphics and final post-production.
  • Craft visually compelling content across interviews, product demos, social media, YouTube, virtual and in-person events, and presentation materials.
  • Edit and enhance video storytelling using motion graphics, lower thirds, color grading, transitions, and dynamic visual elements to elevate brand storytelling.
  • Oversee all aspects of post-production, including audio mixing, color correction, motion graphics, and quality control, ensuring a polished, professional final product.
  • Optimize video content for digital platforms, tailoring content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, web, and other social channels.
  • Capture on-location content, requiring travel to company offices, customer and partner sites, and industry events to document robotics in real-world settings.
  • Cultivate a network of top-tier contract videographers, editors, and creative professionals to scale content production as needed.
  • Develop and maintain an organized video library, ensuring assets are easily accessible and repurposable for future content needs.
  • Contribute to additional creative projects, leveraging your expertise in visual storytelling, design, or emerging media to support broader initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new creative techniques, video tools, and emerging storytelling formats to keep Cobot’s video content fresh and innovative.
