AMT is seeking a highly motivated Senior Roadway Project Manager to assume a key role within the firm’s growing Carolinas design team.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a wide variety of transportation projects in North Carolina and can be based in either Raleigh or Charlotte. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit who is looking for an opportunity to serve within a collaborative group of employee owners building our brand in North Carolina.

Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering and Registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina
- Minimum of 10 years of Roadway Design experience
- Ability to manage multi-discipline projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microstation software
- Experience with drainage design, traffic analysis, transportation management plans, or CPM scheduling is a plus
- In addition to the basic requirements above, the ideal candidate should be technically sound, enjoy mentoring Junior level staff, and have a passion for outstanding client service.
