Apera AI is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to create a strategic sales plan and scalable sales operations. With product-market fit already established, this experienced sales leader will initially personally sell Apera’s technology, calling end-users, integrators, and distributors to generate as many leads as possible. This person has a deep understanding of sales processes, excels at generating leads, builds productive relationships, establishes, and drives KPIs, and has a history of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Reporting to the VP of sales, this person will manage a budget and build, structure, develop, and lead a sales team.
