Requirements
  • BA/BS degree with 1+ years of industry experience or 4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Unparalleled multi-tasking abilities
  • Top notch critical thinking skills
  • Ability to react to resets and changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to learn and work with a variety of different tools and applications required for the role
  • Experience with Arena PLM (or other PLM) and change management process (strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining large quantities of data (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with multiple different teams in a R&D environment (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with a CAD system (Solidworks preferred) (strongly preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Ensure CAD designs are properly input into our PLM system
  • Generate ECOs to manage part and BOM changes
  • Drive ECOs to completion
  • Support a wide range of departments and teams using the PLM tool
  • Support efforts to improve / update internal PLM processes
