Requirements
  • A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a healthcare environment, or an associate's degree and equivalent work experience in a therapeutic discipline such as music, art, or recreation.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare or related field.
  • Overall knowledge and understanding of the aging process.
  • Knowledge of and computer experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement quality-of-life life-enrichment activities programs for Woodridge residents, including both individual and group activities.
  • Address residents' needs through the activities programs.
  • Seek to resolve problems and conflicts.
  • Identify and initiate tasks that arise on a daily basis.
