  • Additional Physical Demands: The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Create and update project schedules using project management software and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables against established schedule dates, identifying any deviations or potential delays.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project schedule, and work with project managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Work with project team to ensure resources are assigned to respective tasks.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, such as progress reports, schedule forecast, scheduling risks to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure project schedules meet standard and align with Con Edison policies and procedures.
  • Support capital procurement process.
  • Work with project managers to develop and maintain monthly project forecast documents.
  • Support other Steam Operations Project Management Office duties.
  • Must be committed to fostering a Zero Accident Culture, Diversity and Inclusion, Achieving Operational Excellence, developing an effective Cost Management Culture, and Enhancing the Customers Experience.
