Responsibilities
- About the role: Working alongside the Director of Payment Integrity and team leadership, you will be a crucial partner in building out and documenting the team's strategic roadmap for the future. You will help facilitate and track the management of milestones in the development and implementation of comprehensive division business plans and tactics in alignment with corporate goals. You will analyze and effectively pull together data into visual presentations with the team and senior leadership. In addition, you will update internal policies and procedures, as well as SharePoint, to ensure accuracy and timeliness of team documentation. You also will serve as a subject matter expert within the team by assisting with escalated claims payment inquiries and influencing solutions
