Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience

  • Knowledge of approval workflows and governance processes with demonstrated ability to achieve critical milestones

  • Proven ability to be a self-starter and to manage multiple projects with stringent timelines while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to foster working relationships with other partners across multiple lines of business and functional areas, including compliance, privacy, legal, third party management
  • Demonstrated judgement and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and office tools
Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and key factors contributing to approval workflow timelines
  • Troubleshoot, track, and investigate data related issues. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and construct high-level information details/metrics
  • Develop and enhance dashboards and analytical tools to provide real-time insights for decision-making
  • Collaborate to drive integrated transformation initiatives to streamline and simplify cross-border data clearance: ensuring swift and compliant transfers
  • Contribute to process reengineering efforts, including workflow optimization, automation and operational improvements
  • Gather, define and deliver business requirements for process enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Design and implement optimized approval workflows to improve efficiency
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline processes
  • Enhance escalation frameworks for delayed or complex approvals, ensuring timely resolution
  • Automate manual processes to reduce turnaround times and human errors
  • Perform a detailed analysis on the identification of issue root cause, partnering with control and process owners to recommendations holistic corrective actions and improvements
