Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrates facility with software development, programming, and/or applications
  • Ability to solve difficult problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in conducting customer training, workshops, and presentations
  • Knowledge of web-oriented languages, including HTML and JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies
  • Ability to design and write technical documents
  • Well-versed in Internet/Intranet concepts
  • Experienced in customer-focused interaction
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results within specific time frames
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct training and develop training materials
Responsibilities
  • Review proposals and bid documentation
  • Liaise with project teams to identify development and configuration needs
  • Participate in technical workshops with customers and third-parties
  • Estimate level of effort for technology sessions
  • Develop, test, and validate integrations, reports, data migration scripts, and features
  • Support data uploads and low-level debugging
  • Provide assistance during Go-Live activities
  • Assess and estimate additional changes
  • Develop technical tasks such as integration, data migration, and reporting
  • Assist in the delivery of detailed handover of local development to the Support team
