Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements to scope and deliver analytics requests within project timelines. Leverage multiple data sources to deliver key insights 
• Lead and participate in the ongoing development and support of enterprise-level reporting, dashboards, Metrics/KPI’s and multidimensional models 
• Provide operational recommendations based on data insights to back office 
• Collaborate with developers to improve data infrastructure and BI service model 
• Support the development and evolution of the organization’s analytical process 
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and perform quality checks on reporting deliverables 
• Advance corporate goals, promote a data-oriented culture through insight generation 
• Support ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making and business planning 
• Play a central role in advancing data enablement and data literacy programs across a wide variety of stakeholders and use cases. 
• Work closely with various business units to understand the operational and financial metrics needed for the business to make key decisions.  
• Champion a data-driven approach to business improvement. 
• Design, develop, and deliver reports with detailed analysis to stakeholder 

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, Data Analytics etc. 
• Experienced in delivering analytical insights to Business Operations, and Finance teams 
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data warehouse platforms and corporate business analytics 
• 5+ years of relevant finance data modeling experience 
• 5+ years professional experience using or managing visualization & reporting tools, preferably with Power BI (Desktop & Service), to create reports and dashboards for a wide range of audiences and leveraging a variety of data sources. This experience should include a deep understanding of DAX and M Query. 
• 5+ years of experience developing scalable and reliable ETL (Extract Transform and Load) and automation solutions using the Azure cloud suite of tools (Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor), as well as Power Apps and Power Automate 
• 5+ years using Microsoft SSMS, including writing complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures 
• Experience giving work direction and guidance to developers 
• Familiarity with database modeling, data warehousing principles and SQL 
• Create and launch new metrics, visualizations, dashboards, and reports  
• Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business recommendations and communicate complex data concepts to both senior and junior levels within the organization 
• Exceptional written, presentation and interpersonal skills 
• Advanced knowledge of SQL , PowerBI, Power BI Report Builder  Jet analytics 
• Leveraging analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Python, R, Visualization Tools) to conduct complex analysis down to the granular level individually 
• Assist all departments with internal reporting requests writing custom reports, migrating data, and building out low-code solutions 
• Use data warehouse, BI reporting tools continually improve business insights and operations 
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with ability to influence/drive decision making across cross-functional teams 
• Develop and oversee development of complex, scalable ETLs for a variety of different business use cases. 
• Jet Global Reporting from Insight Software – Jet Designer and ETL tools (preferred)
• Finance/ Accounting background  (preferred)
• Experience with operational analytics (preferred)
• Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operation (D365) and Sales (CRM) table structure and data relationships (preferred)
• SQL coding experience, preferably Microsoft T-SQL (preferred)
• Development experience with VBA, .net, C# or similar languages (preferred)
