  • 3-5 years of experience in risk and fraud investigation or similar fintech analytics role
  • Fluent in SQL or willing to learn
  • Experience working at a fast-paced, data-driven tech company
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing a process from start to finish
  • Live in the Pacific Time Zone or willing to work PST hours
  • Eager to help develop new processes and iterate on existing ones
  • Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Execute company review, payroll monitoring, and related processes with attention to detail and clear communication
  • Gather and analyze data to proactively identify and act upon risk signals for companies and payrolls
  • Develop and maintain risk policy and process documents, training other operators, team members, and partners as needed
  • Provide feedback to Product & Engineering teams to improve risk processes, tools, and systems
  • Escalate potential fraud incidents to appropriate teams, documenting learnings and resolving actions items with cross-functional stakeholders
