Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience, or an Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant work experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of SharePoint.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and resolve environmental, health, and safety violations, citations, and regulatory correspondence across all business units.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies, including OSHA, EPA, DEP, DEC, FDNY, DOH, and other local, state, and federal authorities.
  • Prepare documentation, evidence, and support for administrative hearings and regulatory proceedings with the Law Department and business partners.
  • Manage and maintain violation records, supporting documentation, and evidence within SharePoint and other compliance systems.
  • Analyze violation data to identify trends, recurring issues, emerging risks, and opportunities for proactive corrective action.
  • Support the development and maintenance of EH&S compliance dashboards, metrics, and reports.
  • Prepare and communicate regulatory updates, program enhancements, compliance performance metrics, and key findings to organizational stakeholders.
  • Investigate alleged EH&S violations and develop response strategies and corrective action plans with Legal and Operations teams.
  • Track violations from issuance through final resolution, including matters under the jurisdiction of the New York City Environmental Control Board.
  • Monitor compliance deadlines, hearing requirements, payment obligations, and closure activities.
  • Maintain violation logs covering costs, key milestones, outcomes, and closure status.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including requisitions, invoice processing, inventory management, and special projects.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field with the applicable relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EH&S regulations.
  • Experience managing regulatory records, audits, or communications with government agencies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and Oracle financial systems.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and the ability to work with new systems.
