A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Analyzes the day-to-day maintenance of process improvement programs, focusing on increasing the safety, quality output, and efficiency of processes by developing, refining, implementing, training, and auditing of standard construction work processes and lessons learned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing), or related field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Three or more years of progressive related experience required, preferably in construction management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role.
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
- Experience in the Renewable Energy industry.
- Technical writing experience and an understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
