  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, similarly challenging professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable processes to improve quota attainment, sales funnel conversion, and pipeline management across marketing and sales operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, create comprehensive reports, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Assist marketing and sales with our event based strategy by enriching, qualifying, and organizing lists of potential customers
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of our tech stack (including HubSpot, Apollo, and Salesforce) to enhance team efficiency
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to implement and improve revenue operations processes
  • Work closely with marketing to help organize, enrich, and qualify data and buyer signals.
