  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to build scalable KYC, fraud, dispute, and servicing workflows.
  • Use customer feedback, transaction data, authorization rates, fraud metrics, and program economics to continuously improve the product.
  • Identify edge cases, operational risks, and failure points before they become customer or business problems.
  • Make tradeoffs across customer experience, technical complexity, speed, compliance, and economics.

Breeze Labs Payments offers a non-custodial wallet and merchant tools for private cryptocurrency payments. It lets users send, receive, and store digital assets on a peer-to-peer network with full control of funds, using TumbleBit to obscure transaction links. The Breeze Wallet is modular (initially Bitcoin and Stratis) and runs on a full-node architecture; a Microsoft Store POS app enables merchants to accept crypto payments. It differentiates itself by combining privacy-focused, non-custodial crypto transactions with a unified multi-asset wallet and built-in merchant acceptance, aiming to make private payments easy for both consumers and merchants.
