What you will be responsible for

• Lead a global, cross-functional team focused on product strategy for Agency Lending, Prime Services, and Secured Financing (“Financing Solutions”)
• Oversee the design and delivery of Financing Solutions’ global product roadmap, including the associated technology requirements
• Develop product business cases and engage key stakeholders across the organization including Legal, Technology, Finance, Treasury, and Operations
• Maintain the technology budget for Financing Solutions and partner with business heads and technology to determine optimal allocations
• Manage vendor relationships, including evaluation of offerings, selection of vendors and negotiating statements of work
• Oversee all aspects of the Firm’s Venturi platform including product roadmap and sales and marketing planning and execution
• Analyze market research and understand the competitive marketplace to identify market trends and potential new product opportunities

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services in product management or similar function

Salary Range:

$170,000 - $267,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
