  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in technical product management, ideally in developer tools.
  • Strong technical background in engineering, DevOps, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Proven experience delivering developer platforms, DevOps pipelines, or security-focused solutions at scale.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in coding.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, driving collaboration across engineering, security, and product teams.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking platform adoption and efficiency metrics.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum, with skills in product discovery, planning, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategy for a seamless, efficient internal developer platform.
  • Build and maintain the roadmap to enhance developer productivity and streamline SDLC workflows.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to optimize processes and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Lead improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment for faster, more secure releases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to implement scalable, cloud-native solutions.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and observability of the developer platform.
  • Implement secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and access controls.
  • Drive secure SDLC adoption with automated security measures.
  • Enhance security tooling, audits, and risk assessments while monitoring and addressing threats.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies for a high-performance engineering environment.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to enhance developer experience and platform scalability.
  • Advocate for engineering needs at the leadership level.
  • Align with engineering and security teams to balance innovation and regulatory needs.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to track adoption, developer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison between Product, Technology, and Security leadership.
  • Communicate vision, strategy, roadmap and execution to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and cost-effectiveness in planning and delivery.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a global, distributed engineering environment.
  • Background as a full-stack engineer or technical role with deep technical discussions.
  • Engineering leaders or managers with prior experience in Product Management looking to transition into a full-time PM role are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Growth-oriented, proactive, and independent with minimal guidance.
  • Flexible across time zones; international market experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with payment industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, DORA) is a plus.
