We're looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager, Europe to take our regional affiliate programme to the next level. This is your chance to shape how millions of travellers discover, book and engage with IHG online. Based in our Global HQ in Windsor, UK.

The role

You’ll be the go-to expert for growing and optimising our Affiliate Marketing programme across Europe. From strategy to execution, you’ll drive qualified traffic, deliver standout campaigns, and make sure our partners help us achieve exceptional ROI. Collaboration is key, you’ll work hand-in-hand with global colleagues, affiliate networks, and technology partners to push boundaries and deliver results.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead strategy, budget, and performance reporting for the European affiliate program.

• Grow and manage affiliate partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.

• Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure campaigns shine across every channel.

• Track, analyse and optimise results – using data to make smarter, faster decisions.

• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep IHG at the cutting edge of digital performance.

What you'll bring: 

• Experience in online marketing, ideally affiliate focused.

• Hands-on experience with networks like Commission Junction, Trade Doubler, or Performance Horizon.

• A sharp analytical mind – you love turning insights into action.

• Strong relationship builder with persuasive communication skills.

• Confident handling budgets while keeping cost of sale in check.

• Proficiency with Excel, affiliate platforms, and core business tools.
