- Excellent communication skills are required.
- The candidate must be proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
- Warmly welcome, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
- Maintain current lists of patients and residents by name and room number and employees by name and phone extension.
- Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
