Customer Service
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience as a project manager
  • Working knowledge of building infrastructure related to Facilities Management Systems (FMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation and controls, etc.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or commensurate experience related to controls, PLCs, and various hardware and software platforms
  • Security clearance preferred
  • U.S. citizen or permanent resident status required
  • Effectively execute all projects involving controls and monitoring infrastructure
  • Planning, scheduling, communication, documentation, coordination of multiple company departments and contractors
  • Interface with all departments of the company
  • Training contractors to the company’s Contractor Safety Program
  • Writing requests for quotes, managing lien releases, submitting purchase requisitions, and creating visitor requests
  • Effective collaboration with City and/or County Officials in the Planning, Building & Safety, Fire Marshal Departments
  • Analyzing and writing standard facilities documents such as one lines and drawings
  • Preparation of design drawings and specifications
  • Managing contractors through all phases of construction including quality inspections and verification of work product
  • Communicating with multiple departments including IT, Technical Staff, Manufacturing, and Operations
