Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in varied documentation career fields, ideally with exposure to software or technical services.
  • Excellent written communication skills; working knowledge of MS-Office and integrated software applications
  • One-year configuration management experience including data entry and report generation
  • Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance (at a minimum, must receive/be approved for an interim Secret security clearance in order to start) Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
Responsibilities
  • Providing technical CM support and guidance
  • Media production
  • Ensuring the integrity and consistency of multiple CM Change Control Boards (CCBs)
  • Providing CCB meeting support
  • Preparing and providing agendas, minutes, notifications, and information packages
  • Tracking action and decision items
  • Scheduling and coordinating periodic meetings with software development team
  • Maintaining status accounting records
  • Conducting special investigations to include periodic reports from the CM database
  • Providing summary impact statements as required
  • Receiving, editing, and distributing reports to/from
