  • Strong SFDC knowledge and 5+ years of hands on experience configuring Salesforce
  • 5+ years Life Sciences experience, specifically in Medical Affairs and Commercial pharma
  • Strong presentation skills and great listening skills
  • Proven success working in a team environment within a SaaS product/IT services organization
Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all Mavens products
  • Review all product releases, deploy to the demo orgs and configure the relevant new features
  • Support efforts of the Client Partners to expand our footprint within existing customers
  • Team up with Account Executives to win new logos
  • Partner with Solution Leads to drive sourced revenue from our channel partners and through industry conferences
  • Assist with completing RFP questionnaires and participating in the RFP process

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce technology
  • Fluent with the Salesforce ecosystem & mothership
  • Strong industry/domain network
  • Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence within enterprise applications
