Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional work experience in finance or managed care.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Exposure to SAS or other web-query based programs.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Support network teams on implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements.
  • Ensure proactive tracking and facilitating of meeting VBC agreement incentive payment commitments throughout the contract life cycle.
  • Work with data manipulation and reporting as needed to support increasingly complex requirements to support these deals.
  • Take ownership of your portfolio of markets and deals, working collaboratively with negotiators and Network managers as well as Value-Based Contracting VBC partners.
  • Ensure we meet our contractual commitments, administer incentive payments and assist in pre-deal evaluation and make recommendations.
  • Lead enhancements projects and project manage process improvements.
  • Serve as a SME on complex questions and guide and train other team members as needed.
