  • Become a subject-matter expert on Copy.ai’s AI products and solutions, particularly Workflows
  • Deeply understand each client’s needs and expand product offerings to help them leverage AI
  • Provide world-class service to every client and treat them with white-glove service
  • Partner closely with the Solutions, Marketing, and Product Teams to ensure best-in-class service
  • Own the entire customer relationship journey from first contact through each annual renewal
  • Dog-food Copy.ai’s products and solutions and provide feedback internally
