  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, transactional sales environment within the SaaS or IT management industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on closing deals quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
  • Familiarity with IT management solutions or the ability to quickly learn and understand technical products.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables).
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales in the lower end of the market, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses with more transactional sales cycles. Close deals quickly and efficiently, ensuring a steady flow of new business.
  • Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing. Ensure that all opportunities are effectively managed and moved through the sales process promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and position Kandji’s solutions as the best fit for their IT management requirements.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Kandji’s products and stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to effectively communicate Kandji’s value proposition to prospects.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market insights to the Sales Manager. Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement.

Their system allows companies to easily deploy secure devices, update software, and address vulnerabilities across all their devices. A key feature is the MigrationAgent, which simplifies the transition from older Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to Kandji's platform, requiring minimal user interaction.
