Program Overview
This 3-phase rotational program will immerse you in different departments and prepare you for a leadership role at Circadia Health.
Phase One: Patient Operations Coordinator (9 Months)
Start your journey as a Patient Operations Coordinator. You will:
Receive comprehensive training in communication, product knowledge, and operations.
Work closely with our teams in sales, customer success, virtual clinical staff, and leadership.
Educate patients in skilled nursing facilities on Circadia Health’s innovative healthcare solutions.
Gain insight into the health tech industry and patient-centric healthcare.
Phase Two: Departmental Rotations (3 Months)
Experience firsthand operations in key departments such as Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. You will:
Shadow experienced team members in various departments.
Learn the daily responsibilities, workflows, and priorities of each area.
Phase Three: Choose Your Path (12 Months)
Specialize in one of three high-impact areas:
Sales: Focus on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle.
Customer Success: Oversee post-sale support, customer onboarding, and drive technology adoption.
Operations: Optimize internal processes and develop staffing plans to meet operational needs.
