Requirements
  • Has 5+ years of experience in product management working with agile teams. Comparable roles in business analysis or technical are considered but PM experience required
  • You possess an affinity for data to tell which initiatives are drivers of success and to identify areas with the highest impact
  • Is organized, analytical, outcome-oriented and user-obsessed
  • Bias for action and ability to work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization
  • Is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, comfortable making decisions and wearing multiple hats
  • Has experience working with multiple stakeholders and balancing priorities
  • Possess strong written and verbal cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and share an understanding of how our visitors turn into customers, turning these insights into funnels we can improve
  • Craft problem statements that align with key objectives that have quantifiable outcomes if solved
  • You'll build a product roadmap through collaboration with multiple stakeholders and engineering balancing growth initiatives with technical investments
  • Take ownership in delivering these projects with a team of business & product minded engineers
