Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer/Information Security, Network Administration, or other related discipline, or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • Additional education, training, certifications, or work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • 5 years of INFOSEC experience.
  • 5 years of experience assessing and classifying cybersecurity risks/threats.
  • Demonstrated experience with various cybersecurity tools, such as Tenable Nessus and security center, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, and SCAP.
  • Cybersecurity certification, such as COPTIA Advanced Security Practitioner or ISC2 Certified Infor Systems Security Professional/Associate, is preferred.
  • Clearance Requirement: Active TS clearance is required.
Responsibilities
  • manage information systems security, adhering to FISMA policies and other regulatory/security policies to maintain compliance and security controls.
  • design and implement security requirements based on industry best practices and document Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).
  • conduct vulnerability scans/assessments to maintain secure systems.
  • Coordination with customer security personnel and reporting to customer leadership is necessary to maintain mission success.
