- Benefits:
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary resource for all benefit programs at RTI
- Assist with the day to day support and administration of benefit programs such as processing new enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Maintain and update employee benefit files, benefit database, and other record keeping to ensure the accuracy of benefit enrollments and corresponding payroll deductions
- Ensure accuracy of billings from vendors, verifying plan participant information is accurate, and that changes and terminations are invoiced correctly
- Support employees and back end administration through the leave of absence process in compliance with State and Federal laws
- Provide direct support on projects such as Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, 401(k) compliance testing, FSA non-discrimination testing, audits and other periodic tasks as assigned
- Lead and drive engagement in our Wellness program
- People Operation Systems
- Provides administrative and technical support for People Operation systems such as our HRIS , time-keeping systems, and other internal systems related to Total Rewards
- Responsible for ad hoc reporting and data processing tasks for new hires, employee changes and/or terminations
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users and employees
- Maintain data integrity with timely organizational changes and regular system audits
- Knowledgeable with Paycom or other HRIS
- Foundational understanding of benefit plans
- Proficient at Excel
