  • Minimum of 5 years of life, annuity, or preneed experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel

Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory requests and initiatives with impact to operations and business partners within GAFG
  • Manage external audit requests by conducting analysis, research, and documentation on requested data
  • Oversee audits of existing regulatory requirements to ensure continued compliance
  • Analyze reporting and trending data from audits conducted to support broader operations compliance
  • Ability to run medium/large scale projects that have a regulatory and/or audit aspect
  • Provide direction and support for Market Conduct Exams, Department of Insurance Inquiries, and any other regulatory request received
  • Conduct thorough research and effectively communicate findings
  • Organize and collect data gathering and analysis activities and package for requestors
  • Partner with process owners to implement new state regulatory requirements and develop appropriate oversight activities
  • Create and maintain excellent working relationships with internal GAFG Partners and external TPA partners
  • Prepare and deliver communications and presentations on key service indicators and initiatives to senior management
