Responsibilities
  • Track product flow from origin to delivery
  • Coordinate shipping finished goods from overseas factory
  • Monitor and track shipments
  • Oversee and resolve customs related issues
  • Support the selection of cost-effective transportation solutions
  • Prepare appropriate customs documentation and shipping information
  • Troubleshoot carrier delivery failures
  • Support Warehouse manager to ensure timely inventory receipt
  • Interface with customs broker and resolve clearance issues
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations
  • Provide guidance on classification and HS tariff codes
  • Create export/import paperwork
  • Monitor freight audit software for invoice troubleshooting
  • Maintain order to delivery KPIs
  • Conduct root cause analysis of delivery failures
  • Review contracts and negotiate best rates
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
