Requirements
  • AI/ML experience (i.e., current or former practitioner)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • 3-7 years of experience as an AI/ML practitioner and/or developer relationships (DevRel) role
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical writing or content marketing
  • Hands-on experience developing content for AI/ML practitioners or a similar data-centric audience
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to write clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media and forum platforms where the AI/ML community is most active, email marketing, and other content distribution channels
Responsibilities
  • Create and curate impactful content that resonates and adds value for an audience primarily made of AI/ML engineers
  • Leverage technical experience and story-telling abilities to produce narratives that build trust and Thought Leadership
  • Cover the latest trends and research topics, expanding on the 'why' and 'how' behind them
  • Research, manage, write, and optimize a wide range of content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, datasheets, and social media
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand voice and a primarily technical audience
  • Manage a cross-functional content / editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all channels
  • Work closely with our research team, product team, tech writers, and Design team to understand our target audience's needs, preferences and pain points
  • Ensure key existing content is regularly reviewed, stays relevant, and is properly versioned
  • Analyze content performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights, and regularly report on its impact in the market
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and continuously refine our content strategy based on data-driven insights
