Requirements
  • A degree in law from a reputable university in India and admission to practice Law in India and at least three-four (3-4) years of experience practicing law, and demonstrated ability to handle and advise on a wide range of legal matters, with a solid independent command of labor & employment laws, ABAC laws, and laws relevant to complex commercial arrangements and contracting on technology- and data- related subjects.
  • Strong client-focused, business counseling and problem-solving focus with an ability to manage multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency with local language and English (oral and written) required
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and support the negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including vendor arrangements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring alignment with both local law and internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Compliance with applicable laws, internal procedures, and industry codes, including all regulatory obligations
  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, offer letters, other employment related material, including internal employee policies; understand labor code and related regulations
  • Provide proactive legal support to cross-functional teams, including Human Resources/Employment, Sourcing, Compliance, Finance, Medical and Technology, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Maintain and periodically update the contract templates repository, ensuring consistency with legal and regulatory requirements; work closely with law operations (technology team) to drive efficiencies in contracting and negotiation (including tech-enabled solutions)
  • Design and deliver periodic legal training sessions to internal stakeholders to promote legal awareness and operational compliance.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including drafting shareholder and board resolutions, maintaining corporate records and document retention programs, and managing applicable reporting obligations and delegations of authority.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, delivering practical legal guidance that enables informed decision-making in a dynamic and rapidly changing regulatory and business environment.
  • Coordinating legal support by contributing as a member of cross-functional team and interacting with business and law department colleagues globally on various matters
Desired Qualifications
  • 4+ years of corporate and/or law firm experience, or in-house in a multinational corporation, or a combination of both.
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, technology, or other highly regulated and innovative industries preferred.
  • Strong qualifications in transactional work in any industry, including structuring, advising and counseling on complex transactions and drafting, negotiating and interpreting complex contracts
  • Proven superior legal skills, including: excellent oral and written communication, legal analysis, drafting and negotiation skills and sound judgment
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including generative AI, in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Ability to lead and influence others

Amgen's lung cancer drug tarlatamab has received approval from China's National Medical Products Administration, according to its development partner BeOne Medicines. The drug is a targeted immunotherapy for adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has progressed despite chemotherapy. Sold as Imdelltra in the US, tarlatamab is a bispecific antibody designed to connect cancer cells with immune cells, enabling the body's immune system to destroy the cancer. Amgen stock up 24% since Jim Cramer's June recommendation, beats earnings estimates

Amgen, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, has seen its shares rise 24% since Jim Cramer discussed the stock on Mad Money in June 2025. The company is currently developing the weight loss drug MariTide. Amgen's shares jumped 7.5% in November 2025 after posting third-quarter results that beat analyst expectations, with $9.6 billion in revenue and $5.64 earnings per share against forecasts of $8.98 billion and $5.04 respectively. In February 2026, shares rose 8% following fourth-quarter earnings that also exceeded estimates. Cramer expressed cautious optimism about the biotech company, noting its mid-single-digit earnings growth and potential upside from its GLP-1 drug development. Whilst calling Eli Lilly his preferred GLP-1 play, Cramer said investors "could do a lot worse than Amgen" for a bargain option.

Wells Fargo lifts Amgen price target to $390, cites $20B myasthenia gravis market potential by 2036
