- 10+ years of experience in finance
- 5+ years of specific experience in investor relations or related areas
- Bachelor's degree in related field, Master’s degree preferred
- High level understanding of financial statements and models
- Experience and understanding of disclosure and other regulatory obligations of a public financial services company
- Articulate communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to think both tactically and strategically
- Experience working confidently with senior management
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
- Supporting the VP, Investor Relations & Capital Markets and the CFO in developing, maintaining and enhancing Circle’s relationship with sell side analysts and buy side investors
- Working with Circle’s investment bankers on the planning and execution of Circle’s IPO
- Developing close cross-functional relationships with Communications, Strategy/Policy, Legal, Marketing, Product and other areas within Circle
- Maintaining and enhancing Circle’s own valuation models
- Gathering and assessing market intelligence from equity research and investor and analyst engagement
- Developing strong company and sector expertise to understand strategic, operational and financial developments at Circle
- Contributing to the development of public company materials including quarterly earnings, conference presentations, management briefings and other relevant public company documents
- Crafting IR internal reporting for senior management
- Leading IR’s role in assessing and developing ESG policies expected by public investors
- Being prepared for any number of unexpected demands in the incredibly dynamic operating environment that Circle occupies
