Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Open new member accounts and onboard members with Alabama Credit Union.
  • Provide a relationship-building member experience.
  • Assist members with loan requests.
  • Assist members with financial transactions involving cash and other negotiable instruments.
  • Conduct deposits and withdrawals, post credit card payments and balance transfers, and receive debit card and check orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide information about products and services to meet members' financial needs.
  • Describe and sell additional products and services offered by Alabama Credit Union.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to three years of similar or related experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish ability is preferred.
